How many nails come in a set?

Ten nails come in a set. Make sure you review nail sizing to find your perfect fit. 

What comes with my nail order?

Each nail order comes with an application kit. The application kit includes everything you need to easily apply your press ons: nail glue, nail buffer, mini nail file, wooden cuticle pusher and an alcohol wipe.

How long do press on nails stay on?

It depends on how you apply them!

For 1-2 days: Apply a thin strip of glue from your cuticle to tip. I recommend keeping your glue close by in case it pops off.

For 5-7 days: Apply a pea-sized dot of glue to each natural nail and a dot to the back of your press on. 

For 7+ days: Follow full instructions on backside of nail display card. 

Can I use the nails more than once?

Yes! If your nails are still in good shape, gently buff the back of the nail to remove old excess glue. You can now reapply as usual.

How do I figure out my nail size?

I highly recommend ordering a nail sizing kit to determine your nail sizes. You may also refer to the sizing chart.

What if I am between nail sizes?

If you are between two nail sizes, I recommend choosing the bigger nail size and then gently filing the sides of your ordered nail.

I have my nail sizes, now what?

When you place your first nail order, add your nail sizes in the "order notes". EXAMPLE: R - 2, 5.5, 5, 6, 8 L - 2, 5.5, 5, 6, 8

 Do I need to provide my nail sizes each time I order a set?

Nope! You only need to provide your nail sizes one time. I will keep a record of it for future nail designs and shapes.

Do you accept exchanges or offer refunds?

As my goods are custom made and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. However, if there are any issues with your items, please feel free to email me at gricelduhgoods@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

How long does it take to process and ship my order? 

If you're like me, you don't like waiting too long to receive your packages! I try my best to process and ship your goods within 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that once your item is shipped, it is then under the control of the shipping carrier.

Why is my item slightly different than the product picture?

Everything from Gricelduh Goods is carefully handmade. With handmade items, slight variances may occur. Picture lighting may also alter true colors of the item.
